Resetting the Node configuration

Linux Debian/Ubuntu

If you want to reset Quickstream Node configuration database including stored logs and statistics information, You must to reinstall Quickstream Node. Please execute the following command to remove Quickstream Node and remove its configuration.

​​​​apt purge quickstream-node

Than install Quickstream Node again. 
Also you can do it without removing Quickstream Node. Just follow the steps.
  1. Stop Quickstream Node service. More about this: Running Quicksteam Node service.
  2. Go into /opt/quickstream/etc directory.
  3. Remove /opt/quickstream/etc/quickstream-node directory.
  4. Start Quickstream Node service. More about this: Running Quicksteam Node service.

Windows

To perform Quickstream Node configuration reset please follow the steps. This manual will not uninstall you Quickstream Node.
  1. Login to the account on Windows machine where Quickstream Node is installed
  2. Stop Quickstream Node service. More about this: Running Quicksteam Node service.
  3. Erase the directory %PROGRAMDATA%\Quickstream\Quickstream  Node
  4. Start Quickstream Node service. More about this: Running Quicksteam Node service.
Your Quickstream Node will start with default configuration.
